Board Information
The Latah County Library District is an independent taxing district established under Idaho Code Title 33. The LCLD is governed by an elected five-member board of trustees who each serve a six-year term. The board of trustees and the LCLD director meet monthly in public meetings, pursuant to Idaho Open Meeting Law.
